As your partner and coach, Simone empowers you to lead with a coherent heart and mind. She connects with you by listening, clarifying expectations, objectives and identifying conscious and subconscious beliefs that prevent leaders and their organizations from achieving sustainable results. During your evolutionary journey, Simone helps you to understand the stages of psychological development and personal consciousness because each stage of psychological development and levels of consciousness impacts every aspect of life; your beliefs, values, behaviors, habits, and self-actualization. Simone's knowledge of the stages of personal and organizational consciousness enables her to identify individuals and organization's deep underlying needs which require transformation.  This enables you to be empowered, build personal resilience, transform potentially limiting beliefs, align with your values, vision, mission, and purpose to easily achieve your goals.

 

Simone has over two decades of experience in various roles in K0-12 and higher education. She served as a school leader, university professor, director, behavior analyst, and consultant in public and private settings. Simone holds a Doctorate Degree in Education; a dual Masters Degree in General and Special Education; K-12 Special Education Teacher license; Principal/Assistant Principal K0-12 licenses and an Administrator Sheltered English Immersion (SEI) endorsement.
